Before signing this agreement, I confirm that I have reviewed the final design proof provided by Kaji Rose Studio. I have checked all names, spelling, dates, photographs, colors, personalization, sizing, and overall design placement shown in the proof.

I understand that the proof is a digital representation of the finished product and that reasonable differences in color, placement, scale, or appearance may occur during production.

By signing below, I authorize Kaji Rose Studio to produce my custom item based on the approved design.

By typing my full name below and selecting “Sign & Accept,” I intend for my electronic signature to represent my acceptance of the Terms & Conditions and my approval of the final design.

Important for the live store: this GitHub Pages version demonstrates the approval gate in the browser. A production launch should connect the signature to a secure record-keeping/e-sign service and connect the payment button to the specific invoice/payment provider so the acceptance record cannot be altered locally.
